Spinning
Our spinning division enables production of premium combed cotton yarn. Fifty percent of the facility is dedicated to heavier counts such as 30s, 34s, and 40s, while the remaining half produces finer yarn counts including 60s and 80s.

Knitting
German and Italian machines produce Rib, Interlock, and Fancy designs, while Spanish machines support Interlock, Drop Interlock, and Auto Stripes.

Dyeing
A strong eco-friendly focus includes advanced systems such as an Effluent Treatment Plant, Zero Discharge Waste Water Recovery Plant, and Reverse Osmosis technology.

Embroidery
The embroidery division uses 24 imported machines with 326 heads and is capable of producing nearly 11.1 million stitches per day.

Sewing
Garments are produced with state-of-the-art technology using JUKI, BROTHER, and PEGASUS machinery. The production unit is supported by 120 sewing machines.

Printing
The printing division is equipped with 12 chest printing machines, 12 fusing machines, 1 curing machine, and 4 manual printing tables.
